The syllabus includes a strong corporate focus, and has proved highly relevant to my day-to-day work at EDF, whilst the freedom to select a second jurisdiction paper enables me to develop my expertise across multiple tax systems.

About ADIT – Pioneer Professional Academy

The thesis must be submitted within three years of approval being given. This module examines the impact of European Union Law on all aspects of direct taxation for all Member States.

The qualification is in modular form and is awarded when all stages have been completed.
